wow i hadn't looked into it in a long time either, but it is no longer what i invested in initially. glad i didn't put a whole lot in it, there is always that level of uncertainty with these things.

What bothers me (even though i am just seeing it now) is that they released the 10Q a few days before the 8K and made it sound like their plan was to continue pursuing development and marketing of their drugs. They obviously knew what was going on. I'd of been really pissed if i'd read the 10Q when it came out and didn't keep up with the filings after that to see the CEO's resignation.
