Now whether it is just a scare bid or something that CLWR would consider, is yet to be seen.
CLWR is underpriced. Everyone wants their spectrum but no one wants it that bad. If CLWR gets financing from an outside investor, it might just change the whole ball game. S just wants the spectrum and has nothing to offer CLWR. DISH could greatly enhance CLWR's field by adding 4G to satellite which would give a broader customer base...but they want it cheap.
investors question S's motive why the cheap offer at 2.97, would you take less than what market is saying right now? S wants to strong arm the deal since they already have a stake in CLWR.... interesting.
