Let me ask you this? If ther is no budget passed as in the last 4 years. How in the hell can congress do anything but approve funding? You are FOS. Congress has approved $ (no budget) and Obama has squandered it. I dont really car, I have protected myself. I just hate to see the country go down the tube.
