Dan/Steve (i think you're beano here?), I'm posting this here since RB is having problems. It's in response to one of your recent posts over there.
Sometime last winter/spring I asked Richard about competition/Ember. He said, "Just because you're competing with someone, doesn't mean you can't do business with them." He explained that we had aspects to our software that Ember was lacking and they'd have to get them from somewhere -- license them, develop internally, etc...
So, atco's suggestion isn't a far-fetched possibilty.
However, like you say, we shareholders don't see anything happening so we have no idea. Speculating good or bad is only that -- speculation.
I feel frustrated as well. But no one can interpret the silence at this point. Perhaps things aren't going well. Perhaps a lot is going on that they can't talk about. No way to know. We do know the TI thing and that is a strong positive.
Hopefully the 10Q (by Nov 15) will enlighten us!
I also want to know: where are all the other regular posters?! (aside from the fact that RB was down yesterday) I hope everyone is o.k.
