Tborges, I don’t know much about Gendicine only that I found the Chinese site that appears to suggest they still use it. The Chinese appear to want to try treatments in combination as long as they are relatively safe and there is some logic to it.

It doesn’t have to be a Gendicine-ENMD 2076 combo but maybe any approach that activates or boosts the p53 gene given with ENMD 2076 could be synergistic, like you brought up low dose Panzem.

There appears to be some work in the p53 gene area still today but maybe not the Gendicine virus vector approach, don’t know for sure. See links.
