Lets do the math at todays price and assuming the split is 20 to 1

.0002 x 20 equals to .004

Once reverse split is done the price will drop again, due to their form of financing ( That most of us call, but really it is scam )and price drops again to .0002 to .0001.

Now you hold 20 times shares less at the same price as of today.
