So if the 2011 end of year report showed;

NET INCOME 2011 $ 183,627 2010 $ (651,348 LOSS )

NET INCOME 0.001 2011 NET INCOME (LOSS 0.004) PER SHARE

I now want to see what the NET PROFIT FOR 2012 is....

I would say before new costs from SCORES ATLANTIC CITY are added in, there is at least a $400,000 to $500,000 profit for the 2012 year. It is just my opinion but if so, this stock is undervalued
