Breaking things down a little further, Barry/Lisa have run a similar FAILED historic model at AAPT for TEN YEARS. Same for lining their pockets at the expense of employee's, vendors & shareholders.

If Barry, Lisa, Victor, Eric, Joel or anyone like them becomes affiliated with a small public company again, you would expect similar negative results, right?

I've followed similar people for a long time in this OTCBB arena.
