This is the Last Post I can Make so can not respond until after 12AM

I know VXBX income does NOT go on JPHC books....

BUT if JPHC ownes 50% of VXBX and You own JPHC then You Own 50% of VXBX

A to B , B to C, A to C

If VXBX makes it WEll and JPHC decides to SELL its Interest in VXBX....That is JPHC Shareholder $$$$....Which contributes to JPHC Valuation as a Company!!

So What ever the Valuation of VXBX becomes ....50% of that belongs to JPHC!

That is How I see it!!
