DELL's headquartered in Austin TX where by a UT Med School drop-out.... entire communities and school districts depend upon DELL for employment and have become somewhat blighted by recent company cutbacks. You can bet the "Texas Boys" have been pushing for a deal like DELL to magnify benefits - IMO

(same notion crossed my mind when hearing the news about DELL)
