In my opinion, 0.0069 is the new support, as it was the old resistance. Typically, the old resistance becomes the new support, and vice versa.
When the pps got down toward 0.069 today, I think the MMs used the ARCA to test the support.
That would mean that those trades that you saw were probably selling, not buying.
On the other hand, they were probably not investors selling, but rather the MMs selling to test the support.
