Why the 0.003 seller didn't liquidate his shares at the bid because
nobody has been willing to buy them at 0.003 since last December? It
might hit the all time low 0.002 again based on Level2's thin bids!
Anyway .0026 is the highest/best bid which is 30% higher than 0.002.
