rocco2, that's my point. I doubt PCFG can get loans for that large amount of needed funds, so imo equity financing will have to play a significant roll in getting that kind of money, and the R/S will be required to enable that to happen. I still think they can sell a significant amount of post-split shares between $0.003 and $0.004 over a months period.
Something will have to occur soon or much of the 2013 plan likely will be in jeopardy. Guess we'll have to see what happens.
