If a joint venture with another pharmaceutical was an option wouldn't you think it would have happened many months ago? It obviously wasn't an option for whatever reason. The R/M which established PHAR as a public company was set-up so Dennis McLaughlin and his inner circle could make big bucks selling hundreds of millions of shares while suckers like you and me bought into the hype that Howard generated with Aquiprin. And it worked perfectly for DM a legit shareholders suffered the losses.
