I'll state my position here first so folks know where I stand.

I'm long with 138,000 shares bought in the .0051 to .0061 range.

I was curious if it has come up in the past with stock the perception of a little manipulation. I've noticed since last week GZFX always shows up as the most requested order book on the Berlinboerse exchange. I only know one reason for stocks to be listed on this foreign exchange (I know against the listed company's request) and it is usually for naked shorting.

Taken together with the fact that as soon as GZFX runs here comes VFIN and ARCA on the level II. They will actuall sit on the bid, esentially with zero spread.

I emailed the CEO, JF, about the OS issue. Appreciated his position that it was not easy to give out that number on anything other than a quarterly basis but did not get very far in helping me to figure out the mechanics of the SB-2/A (i.e. conversion formulas, timing of conversion, when completed how many total shares outstanding?)

Anyone have input would be greatly appreciated
