That is absolutely correct. JR ruled that CPTC no Q is a viable company able to pay its debtors 100% that is why I have accumulated 15,000 shares below $1.85... I was very very happy to see the price drop almost couldnt believe my eyes. Well some one must be getting out now that they see no way to take control of the company or that share price in the future will be driven by sales and not speculation.
