Belg, what's your opinion of the timing of the R/S? At the time of the announcement, the PPS was about the same as it is now, so in essence the note holders are getting ten times more shares as they would have. At the time O/S were about 320 million, he could have let them convert at least another 150 million before announcing the R/S which would reduce dilution to us shareholders..to me that was a major no no and it makes me wonder how committed he is to the interests of shareholders..

That's 10x more shares that he issuing right now and that a hell of a lot and it boggles my mind as to why anyone would do this..
