nope but putting out false and misleading PRs intended to entice investors to buy more stock got another stock I'm in suspended by the SEC. PRs like a double merger that never happened and other things can very well lead the SEC into taking a look at VPERs PR history and what actually happened...That wouldn't be a good thing for the SEC to look at
