That's odd. You would think arbitrage would kick in. TICK ran up to HOD at 1:59. And there it shoots up just short of a new HOD. MSFT is getting pushed. And there goes QCOM without me. PREM had a spike up, but lower than the 1:41 local high. Still doing higher lows from about 12:30ish. INTC is chimming in. CSCO is comatose.
