Yep, I view this as a potential positive. The stock is around $26-$27 and they will need money for sales and manufacturing. The float is small so a even a 5 million raise could get them over $100 million. I think they have $80+ million now. Jefferies & Company, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are doing the offering
