I'm with you ampeng. There were some obvious signs, but I chose to ignore them because I believed the story. I first got suspicious when they announced the convoluted GEIV deal. Lots more shares were issued without an explanation about the resulting dilution. Later, they started issuing press releases of record months in car sales, without actually posting the revenues and/or income generated. Finally, when the audit released was delayed without explanation, I should've run for the hills.

Oh well, at this point, I have little choice but to hold and hope for the best. Maybe Scott will issue some glowing press release which will boost the stock price-even if only temporarily.
