what prompted my reply is you said "very irresponsible", as if something happened today. charles volk was "very irresponsible" months ago, and tony mason could become "our hero" overnight, if we get news of that first loan funding to refinance.

i don't think the large blocks we've seen traded down here are being bought on a whim. if this stock had no hope of convertible debt being paid off, we would have been in the trips months ago.

instead, we're holding strong well above a penny, and the chart is setting up nicely. all we need is a few key material events, and from all accounts, it sounds like that could happen "shortly".
