The OS was approx 110,000,000 common shares and outstanding. Officers and directors at that time owned roughly 65%. Get this: revenue increased from $437,496 in fiscal 2003 to $1,058,746 for the quarter ended March 31, 2004 and $1,091,651 for quarter ended June 30, 2004. They were into VOIP at that time and late 2003 and early 2004 aquired two companies in that time period (MidAtlantic International and Adoria Communications) for cash and stocks and they were debt free. I'm not sure what the SP peaked out at then but I know that it was over 1.12 (longviper would likely know as I think he was a holder at that time). I bought in in Feb 2004 thinking that they were a good target for a takeover and never sold. Ron Weaver was CEO at that time and Farid was chief tech officer back in those days and eventually took over as CEO when Weaver stepped down. This was an advantagious move as Farid, as I mentioned a couple of days ago, is well connected in the middle east as well as the near east, hence Sri Lanka and now negotiating with Bahrain. That's a very brief synopsis of the company and why I have faith that eventually they are going to do very well. They keep plugging away and like with so many other companies the persistence pays off. Sorry for the windy diatribe.
