Thoughts:

The feds could only pin $250,000 on Metter. They should have found millions if their scam netted $100 million+.

If there was more going on we'll find out very soon. If I was Metter I'd be looking for some serious payback on Mosky. If he has anything on him he'll play it, now. If nothing comes out consider it highly probitive. (It will be interesting to see if Mosky's deal included substantial disgorgement.)

Count on a few bankruptcy filings which will discharge any judgements.

The $100m figure is highly inflated.

As you indicated, a target should be the people who received free or discounted shares and made nice bank. Furth primarily. I'd move fast because his home (primary asset) is up for sale and he's $100 judgement away from BK, himself.
