Will Teva now submit a fifth Copaxone CP?

Teva’s latest CP requests that the FDA not approve any new MS drug without an advisory committee; the target of this action is clearly BIIB’s BG-12.

Teva holds the dubious distinction of submitting more bogus CPs to the FDA than any other company.
