WLorD: If I were in a position to trade today, methinks the SPX 12:05 ET five-min bar may have already been the pivot. Alas, I am off to inpsect real estate in half an hour...

PS: I would only trade that pivot with a tight stop, as we might see one more leg (albeit likely small) down.
