There is also a quote from Judge Peck saying "Lehman is not quite out of bankruptcy yet."

I do not mean to bring this up again as I know there are few here on both sides with strong arguments. I personally will say though that Lehman emerged from BK and not exited from BK. How is that for a middle ground. Cheers.
