Jim, point taken -- the thought behind my post...

...which I admit was not expressed well....

Megas had NO EXPERIENCE at all in dealing with a hijacked shell, fraudulent filings/PR, counterfeit shares, and the SEC. Do any of us?

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
