To me the PR clearly says that the new spin off company will be called Proteonomix, Ltd, and will be a British Virgin Island corporation, and that new entity will not be involved in the clinical trials. That corporation will hold the intellectual property (other than the StromaCel technology) of what is now PROT. The rest of the company, including the StromaCel technology, will remain with PROT, and that PROT, at a later date will change its name from Proteonomix Inc to StromaCel, Inc. Also, I saw someone post that the new company would be trading in the multiple dollar range.....where did that come from? wishful thinking?????
