This states that the new BVI corp will be called Proteonomix, LTD.

"We plan to leave the StromaCel technology in the Company and change the name of the Company to StromaCel, Inc.

This is what they will do to existing PROT entity.

Yes, it was written poorly, but that is what it is....That is what I understand from my discussion with them today
