Lance, I disagree to some extent with your POV.

I don't get the feeling Megas "played" this stock on the run up. I think that before the suspension, we were in contact with a man who had very little securities experience and no lawyers. And just like us, he was probably also a bit excited about the steady climb and the reports of shady deeds on the part of brokers and MMs. You have to admit, those were exciting times. To witness your own long-dormant shell suddenly rise from the ashes all by itself due to the misdeeds of criminals -- and increase in value by a factor of 50 -- that's a pretty wild situation.

NOW we see a Megas who has experienced first-hand the awesome power wielded by the SEC, DTCC, NASD and the broker-dealers. We also see a man who now has full legal counsel. And the first thing any decent lawyer will tell you is "SAY NOTHING."

I don't get a strong sense that he ever "led us on." After all, he never initiated a thing, only responded patiently to numerous investor inquiries. None of the PRs he has released contain anything that could be labeled a "pump". In fact, those PRs are some of the shortest, bare-bones announcements I have ever seen here in Pennyland.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
