What buyout?

There were 2 PR's that referred to JV and acquisition offers and negotiation.

No buyout was ever announced.

The point was that the international third party info was heating up interest in GOSY. Negotiations means just that - terms and offers were being considered and discussed. For all we know negotiations continue and new offers may be coming down the pike.
