If MWIP's CEO is an ex-con, shareholders deserve to know it. If I invested in a company and found out later that the CEO was a convicted felon, I'd be pretty ticked off. All I'm saying is that if this is the same Barry M. Friedman, he should certainly disclose it to all investors and provide complete transparency in this matter. I can't say with 100% certainty that its the same Barry M. Friedman but the name is exactly the same and the age seems to match too. Like I said, could just be a huge coincidence.
