Diluted share basis by over 30 billion shares per what structure was when he became CEO. He did big r/s to hide all the real dilution of common. One thing the past and present have in commom. The preferred shares holders control QASP not common. They have shown no regard for what they've done to common at all. So why anyone would invest with them still in control is a bad move period. You have to ignore all the hram they done to common to ever think we will get fair deal from them. They can issue all the shares they want. Do another r/s etc. They have voting control not common.
