No, only those that are not aware of how to read reports and interpret them correctly believe in such things. Not a single document provided to date in support of such an occurance here in CCTC. Yet documents clearly showing no FTDs, very tiny short position and plenty of dilution. The addition of 157 million shares tells the story here.
