It means we are unable to see the current share structure. Meaning the outstanding shares, and the float. The company is said to GAG the Transfer Agent and not let them update shareholders. It's not always a bad thing, but sometimes this happens when they dilute shares into the secondary market. Usually to sell shares to raise funds.
