I have Pacer access, but the problem is that if you're a party to the suit you automatically get an email sent to you when something is filed on Pacer. Being a non-party, you don't get anything so the only way I know whether something has been filed on Pacer or not is to actually look at it for a filing. There "might" be some way to RSS feed it, or whatever that's called, but I don't know how to do that. I just have to open it and look, and I don't look very often.
