And report from the US government concerning the oil reserves in the Orinoco region has been up dated and predicts this find to be the second largest reserve in the world. So, I think we have the plus signs in our column. It now depends on I think on what Qoil does. Yea! And how they treat the stock holders when and if hey hit pay dirt. On,y time will tell.
