Sorry that doesn't explain it, you also have offered nothing to support that claim either and showing CCTC is being effected by such practices. Fony trades would result in FTDs and there are none here currently as per SEC documents a primary source of information.

Besides self induced theory with no support can you provide a case from the SEC showing such a practice?
