Yes, I noticed yesterday that CTTC remained at bid 45 cents and ask 61 cents all day long.

Were any investor favorable towards purchase, it would likely be very discouraging to face giving up 25% right off the bat like that.

Perhaps that helped account for the total volume traded for the day being zero shares.
