What first attracted us to TISA was their quarterly revenue growth and return to profitability in their last quarterly report. As we dug a little deeper, we found that this is one of the few companies focused solely on specialty software that merges data from a variety of sources, including paper scanning and its conversion to data. Their client list includes several governments of countries around the world, most notably, the United States Social Security Administration who was added as a client during the second quarter of 2005. The recent buyout of a competitor by a larger software company validates the value of this technology, and TISA is the only publicly traded company pure in this niche market.

TISA, and Israeli company, appears to be on track to continue their recent surge in revenue growth and positive earnings. They've announced several contract wins over the past quarter, and have recently expanded into Asia. CEO comments were very positive for the second half of 2005.

Our only issue with TISA is that it's a very thinly traded stock. For this reason, we maintain a small position. If the next quarterly report shows continued growth, we believe their level of visibility could increase, and we'll add to our position on rising volume. There has also been speculation by several services that with consolidation of this technology, TISA would be an acquisition candidate for a larger software firm. We agree with this assessment.

TISA has the potential to be one of those rare stocks that has a niche product with growing demand, that remains undiscovered at current time. We believe we're ahead of the curve here, and will be watching closely for growth in the next earnings report. We doubt there's much downside from this level with the healthy balance sheet and customer base, and think 4.00 in the near term is a realistic price target. Considering the low float, very positive signs of growth could cause a much higher price.
