U think that the LT will be announcing another quarterly distribution?

Does not matter when it is announced as there is no shares or market effect to balance it against.

As far as WMIH goes I am expecting an announcement of an purchase of another company by the BOD and that would be after hours and on a Friday to allow the market to price it against the actual news.

I don't think JPIG could care less of what WAMU loans there are out in the market.

I believe it is only JPIG trying to squeeze closing costs out of homeowners in the guise of lowering their mortage.

I think JPIG is trying to put the hit on FREDDY or FANNIE MAC with top level brass in government turning a blind eye on it.
