the Jobs Report does not provide any Bullish impetus . . .
Since Pre-market opened at 4am.ET, QQQ has only moved from 66.86 Up to 67.07
right after the Report was Released.
Right now QQQ is back to 66.92 . . not much enthusiasm.
SO . . be very Bullish at your own risk.
