I have done my DD, but am unfamiliar with otc. I have had an order in for 120,000 shares all day at .081. If HISC is/was trading at or below that number why hasn't my order gone through? After reading the last few weeks posts, I know I am setting myself up for some heat on here, but I would appreciate a genuine answer. Thanks
