I don't think Binnie has one yet ... or he would have used it.

I feel 100% certain that he will get one if we don't wipe out his entire organization. The Saudis and others are paying HUGE somes in extortion money not to get attacked and that money buys a lot of arms (and other scary, sick stuff) and other like-minded countries are supplying them (Iran et al) with funds and goodies too.

There is ZERO question in my mind that by setting up US military and intellingence operations in the heart of the enemy (the cockroach terrorists) that we will stop the proliferation of WMD to terrorists both in the region and world wide.
