rally could start at any time, but momentum is down.
My system didn't get a sell when momentum turned down because it was at a reading where a large rally was likely to occur, and the whipsaw could have been too large.

The only time the trend is ignored is when the indicator reading is in an area where the trend change can be abrupt and hard and that was the case here....but now I need my rally to materialize. So far its a mirage
