Qualcomm-QCOM downgraded to Neutral from Buy@MLCO - The firm is concerned with possible negative sentiments to the royalty dispute and recent claims filed with the European Commission. Firm cites NOK agreement which is up for renewal in 2007 and expectations that China will grant 3G licenses in mid-06, which could lead to lower 3G royalties
