It is an observation on the precision of the moderating terminology that is used!

There's a host of qualifiers in those statements:
IF lower trendline becomes breached; SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE after reaching target area; etc.

Not attempting to put words in another's mouth. Just calling it what it is... indefinite, proposed, "qualified", questionable??? Just like the market!
