At .037, 24.5M shares is damn near $1M just for becoming a director.

Adding it all up:

24.5M for new director
120M o/s prior to acquisition
2.55B for True Drinks

2.695B o/s x .037 = $99.7M marketcap.

Hmmm....BBDA and ATTD sure don't have caps near that. Maybe I'll be back after True sells about 2.54B of their shares. Somewhere around .001, if the o/s doesn't change.

IMO, this could be a helluva good stock to short.
