This is absolutely irrelevant. In fact, if anything, it is actually troubling. Since a majority of US stocks are rallying, one can only wonder why this is not. Also, if one were to assume that some of the selling in December was due to the cliff, then you would have definately seen more buying today. Alas, there has been very little.
